QLF Pilates and functional fitness/flexibility programs are effective techniques for people with lower back pain. Denise Shaw uses both techniques in their back pain specific program to ensure the best possible result and recovering process for you. This back pain program starts with Postural Assessment and basic spine function and flexibility testing.

QLF back pain program is safe and helpful for people who suffer back pain, which is caused by back strain, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, Kyphosis, Spondylolisthesis, Spinal Stenosis, Spondylosis, Degenerative Disc Disease, Facet Joint Syndrome, SI-joint Dysfunction, Herniated Disc, Sciatica and Piriformis Syndrome.
